me&you is a creative agency based in Kent and Surrey, working nationwide. We specialise in brand development, creative campaigns and design support for organisations who are committed to contributing towards building a better world. Whether that's making life better, fairer, safer or greener.

We’re a small, highly experienced creative team of designers, thinkers, planners and doers. Working closely alongside our network of trusted creative specialists including animators, developers and videographers, we ensure you  get the most impact out of your budget, every time.

Our name reflects our collaborative approach. We take time to fully understand your needs, your goals and your audience. Matt

Creative Director

Matt is focussed on delivering real meaningful results for brands that do good for people. Raising up the voices of organisations that matter. His own lived experience with cancer informs his empathetic approach, ensuring the audience's true voice is heard, understood, and their story told with empathy. He is the ideal person to conduct discovery sessions, always seeking to identify the real issues to solve. He then challenges and supports the client, strategy and creative teams to find the right solution, together.

Sarah

Creative Lead

Sarah helps brands build their unique story. Her interest in psychology ensures considered, accessible design systems, which always have the user’s experience and empathy front of mind. Sarah was delighted to have her work for youth charity YGAM recognised when me&you received three Digital Impact Awards for Education, Charity and Best Digital Communications during Covid-19.

Teona

Operations Executive

Teona is crucial for the smooth day-to-day running, project management, planning, and coordination at me&you. Her acute attention to detail ensures all tasks are accounted for, guaranteeing on-time and on-budget project delivery. She focuses on effective stakeholder mapping. With a background in fashion communications, Teona also brings a creative flair, ensuring the team has what they need to work effectively and efficiently.

Louise

Creative Designer & Copywriter

Louise brings a wealth of experience, specialising in visual communication, illustration, and compelling copywriting.

She is driven by a passion for clarity and engagement, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance messaging through the effective use of words and visual imagery.

Reveille Paul

Creative Content Designer

Reveille is a graphic designer and illustrator with experience creating brand identity and visual design; developing cohesive design systems and guidelines. She is passionate about merging cultural influences into design solutions to create impactful visual narratives. Currently undertaking a Digital Marketing course to further her skills and knowledge.

Megan

Creative Artworker

Megan is passionate about helping brands that prioritise people and the planet. With a background working in the third sector, she is driven to support organisations that make a positive impact. Megan's expertise lies in brand design and design artworking, where she uses her skills to elevate brands, helping them reach wider audiences and communicate their values effectively.

Loris

Brand Strategy Consultant

Loris is focussed upon creating strong brand foundations through developing a deep understanding of our clients' business. Ensuring that creative is driven and underpinned by strategy and market knowledge. When she isn't writing tone of voice guidelines or conducting brand strategy workshops she's busy planning the next exciting travel expedition.

Alex

Brand Strategist

Alex is a brand strategist with over 25 years experience in the charity and health sectors. He works with major organisations to help them define and articulate their position and purpose, and create and strengthen connections to their audience. As well as working directly with NHS charities, Alex has helped Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research UK, Siemens Healthcare, Dementia UK, YoungMinds, BHF and Diabetes UK.
