It’s all in the name – your team and ours working together collaboratively to achieve the results you want.
Sarah loves coming up with innovative ideas and helping brands build their unique story. Her interest in psychology comes in useful when creating considered design systems, which always have the user’s experience front of mind.
In 2020, Sarah was delighted to have her work for gambling charity YGAM recognised when me&you received a three Digital Impact Awards for Education, Charity and Best Digital Communications during Covid-19.
Outside of work, Sarah is a keen trail hiker who loves exploring the natural world. She also enjoys linocut printing and connecting with other members of the printmaking community.
Matt loves delivering real meaningful results for brands that do good for people and the planet. He’s passionate about making powerful strategic branding more accessible and raising up the voices of organisations that matter.
Having studied theology, philosophy and mindfulness, alongside design, Matt is the ideal person to conduct discovery sessions at the start of each new project. Always seeking to identify the real problem our client has, Matt then challenges and supports both the client and the me&you team to find the right solution together.
Sarah ensures the smooth day-to-day running of me&you. Making sure the team have everything they need to do their job effectively and efficiently.
Sarah’s had a varied career in many administrative and customer service roles across engineering and manufacturing. These experiences, and her role as Mum, have honed Sarah’s problem solving, negotiating and communication skills.
Sarah is also involved in various supportive roles at her children’s schools and would love me&you to do more work that builds communities and unites people together.

Having worked in the corporate world for several years, German-born Christiane decided to use her creativity and become a graphic designer. She loves it when design solves a problem and enjoys helping clients elevate their branding and marketing.
Her background in data analysis helps her think strategically, and comes in handy when she’s designing UX, UI or creating websites in Wordpress.
When she’s not working, Christiane takes part in charity runs, plastic counts and beach clean-ups. She also enjoys eating her homemade vegetarian food.
Louise could be creating a site map for a new website, writing copy for a pitch document or designing brand assets, but it really all comes down to communication. She loves helping great organisations to speak to their audience more effectively and, ultimately, increase their impact.
Louise’s design experience in the publishing and entertainment industries means she can distil the key elements of a story and create strong visuals. While her copywriting skills ensure that a brand’s messaging is also as effective as possible.
We’ve been doing this a long time and we’ve become experts at creating purposeful branding. But we never rest on our laurels; this is a sector that’s constantly developing and we work hard to stay on the front foot so that our clients always benefit from the very latest and best thinking and technology available.
(Or at least we will soon). Your brand is all about you – your values, your ethos, your USP. That’s why our first step is always getting to know you, your product and your customers as well as we possibly can.
We know that every business is different, requiring its own bespoke branding solution. We have oodles of experience working across all platforms, so you can be sure that we’ll design a strategy that suits your business rather than ours.
The creative process isn’t always simple, but working with us is. You talk, we listen, we respond honestly (and jargon-free), and we move forward together.
We are currently recruiting for a Designer (part time)
We’re always happy to meet new talent and hear fresh ideas. If you’re creative and looking for a new challenge, we’d love you to say hello.
