Marketing Manager – room for you?

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to support Matt developing new business and build awareness. Driving our marketing and promotional activities; you’ll be key in raising our profile, creating opportunities and enquiries from prospective clients.

This is a brand new role, so you’ve a blank slate in terms of how you want to run things. You’ll get plenty of input from the whole team, but you’ll need to be self-driven and get on with things. We’d expect you to devise and execute a 12-month marketing strategy for the agency. Write journal articles, update our website & social accounts, work with our studio, develop sales tools and get the best value out of all communication channels. This is an office-based role and we are thinking at least two full days per week, but we are open to discussing specific working patterns.

When it comes to marketing; you know your stuff and are happy to work autonomously, get stuck in and get on with it (whilst pushing Matt too). You’ll have brilliant, up-to-date knowledge in areas like e-marketing, content marketing, LinkedIn advertising, Google AdWords campaign planning and analytics. Part of your role will be establishing and maintaining a CRM database, as will measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and reporting back to the team.

Ideally you’ve held a fairly senior marketing management role within the creative industry and have the kind of practical experience our team can really feed off. Perhaps you’ve had a career break and are now looking to move to part-time work. No matter your background, you are hands-on, creative, fluff-free and possessing a ‘get-it-done’ attitude.
