A flexible, engaging and efficient website for the leading UK gambling & gaming charity YGAM.
YGAM needed an update to their charity website after their current site grew beyond the capabilities of their existing, dated CMS (Content Management System).
We always start with a face-to-face workshop with our clients. So we invited the YGAM team to our studio for a project discovery workshop. These fact-finding sessions really help us to fully understand our client's business, we ask probing questions about their audience, ambitions, frustrations and most importantly their aims and goals for the new website.
YGAM deliver training workshops which required a simple booking function that also linked to their Salesforce CRM. It was clear from the start that the User eXperience for the new charity website had to be painless to use for both the client and audience to deliver an efficient system.
