What a year 2025 has been.
When we look back at the last 12 months, what stands out isn’t just the work we’ve produced, but the connections we forged while doing it. From workshops with sharpies in hand, to welcoming back familiar faces, 2025 was defined by the partnerships we cultivated and the stories we helped our clients tell.
Here are our highlights from the last year…
Q1: Supporting and inspiring

January
In January, we kicked off the year by running a major brand workshop for Kent Community Foundation. While we can't reveal the new identity just yet (watch this space in 2026!), that session set the tone for a year of deep strategic thinking.
February
In February, we celebrated love… of the brand variety. We helped launch the Consultus rebrand internally on Valentine’s Day. Working alongside Andy and Peter from the Consultus team, we focused on embedding the brand with staff first, because we believe true brand loyalty starts from the inside out.
March
Supporting the next generation of creative talent is a core me&you value. In March, we were proud to support East Surrey College with live briefs and welcomed the very talented Melissa for work experience, planting seeds for the future of our industry.
Q2: New beginnings

April
April saw the launch of our Between me&you video series. Over 8 episodes, we covered everything from Google Grants to CSR. We’ve loved sharing this platform with thought leaders, and we are already prepping a new episode for early 2026 featuring Anna from Stick & Twist on brand strategy.
May
In May, we helped MicroLoan Foundation launch their women-led business support services in South Africa. As part of our ongoing partnership with the charity, throughout the year we’ve been proud to provide creative support on everything from seasonal campaigns and fundraising to impact reports.
June
June was about our own growth. To be a successful agency “for good," we need to constantly enhance our client services. That’s why we were thrilled to welcome Teona. With her Masters in Communication and exceptional people skills, she has been instrumental in improving our operations and how we support our customers.
Q3: Live events and storytelling

July
In July we delivered the creative for the Kent County Show on behalf of the Kent Agricultural Society. Having engaged us for a multi-year contract, 2025 was our first event with them, and it was a massive success. Attendance, visitor satisfaction and income were all up. We like to think the great creative helped (along with the great weather!).
August
In August, we focused on the power of storytelling. We worked with Achieving for Children to capture the challenges faced by young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Matt worked directly with drama students to capture audio for a co-created animation, a perfect example of how creativity can give a voice to those who need it.
September
September was back to school for Reveille as she began her Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, which she will complete alongside her design role. We believe in practicing what we preach regarding growth. Strengthening our team’s skills ultimately strengthens the offering we can provide to our clients.
Q4: Collaboration and celebration

October
As autumn set in, we continued our strategic partnership with Kent Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance. In October we delivered the second of two 2025 editions of the charity’s Above & Beyond supporter magazine. This built on the work we did earlier in the year, when we collaborated with the KSSAA team on their newsletter and mission updates to ensure a cohesive, impactful communication strategy.
November
November brought the "Maternity Double-Return!" We were overjoyed to welcome Louise and then Sarah back to the team. It was also a time to say a huge thank you to Simon for his excellent maternity cover. We celebrated in true me&you style: a team crafting session led by our very own crafty Megan.
December
We end the year in December reflecting on the sheer scale of what we’ve delivered. For Muscular Dystrophy UK alone, we completed over 150 design tasks, from challenge event materials to Canva templates and social icons.
