Alliance Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading pharmaceutical wholesalers, has announced the acquisition of its dispensing doctor partner business – Forte Pharma Ltd (including Forte Group, Forte Pharma and Forte Direct).
Alliance Healthcare has worked in partnership with Forte since 2011, to deliver its services to dispensing doctors. By bringing the two businesses together, with their individual strengths and assets, we believe we can offer an even more enhanced offering and service to the dispensing doctors market.
Recognising that the Forte brand is well-known and regarded in the dispensing doctors market, the new company will retain the Forte name.
