Gravesend Churches Housing Association

GCHA was formed in 1964 by members of the local churches who recognised the growing need for affordable rented housing in the area. GCHA has grown steadily over the years and now manages just under 600 properties and has established itself locally as a valued part of the voluntary community.

GCHA’s board is committed to delivering the association’s objectives in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. GCHA’s key aims are:

• delivering a first class service to tenants
• building or acquiring new homes for rent and shared ownership for a range of people in housing need
• remaining an independent local association

Since being commissioned to rebrand GCHA in 2016 we've delivered:

• annual report
• signage audit and guidelines
