Bringing an energy-efficient London property brand to life

Pluma in Raynes Park is an exciting new property development for the South West London Wimbledon area based between Wimbledon Common and Cannon Hill Common. With Customer experience (CX) at the forefront of our minds, we set out to deliver an integrated Property Development brand and marketing campaign that told a compelling story but most importantly provides creativity across multiple touch points for customers to imagine, visualise and experience living at Pluma.

Naming and Brand Identity

The goal was to create a modern, contemporary brand to reflect modern, city lifestyle. The property name was carefully crafted to become Pluma (meaning Pen). Pluma stands on the site of a former fountain pen factory. The visual idea of 'pen' and 'writing' was subtly flowed into each part of the design, from the strapline 'Write your next Chapter at Pluma Life', to the logo mark using a modern calligraphic serif, to the flowing ink illustration lines through the custom designed icons and on graphics through the brochure and microsite.

Microsite and eBrochure

The final live website and eBrochure followed the visual direction and style of the brand identity from the look and feel of the CGI renders which allows potential property buyers to experience the the apartment interiors, to the floorplan layouts, to the bustling city lifestyle and culture of the local area.
