Consultus, a long-established family-run live-in care and nursing service, faced the challenge of reinvigorating its market presence. In a sector dominated by a "sea of blue" and often generic messaging, they needed to clearly articulate their unique value and connect emotionally with their audience. We partnered with Consultus to deliver a comprehensive rebrand, on time and within budget, that not only differentiated them but also empowered their team and resonated deeply with their clients.

Many marketing leaders in established sectors grapple with this: your service is exceptional, built on decades of experience, yet your brand doesn't quite capture that magic or cut through the noise of "louder" but less substantive competitors. Consultus knew they offered a superior, more compassionate, and often more economical alternative to residential care, but this truth was hidden. Their existing brand, nearly 20 years old, no longer reflected their full value proposition or effectively addressed the primary concern of their audience – the concerned adult children of ageing parents asking, "What's truly best for Mum or Dad?"
